The Beach Villa House: Your Perfect Getaway
The Beach Villa house boasts a prime location, conveniently situated near all popular attractions along the beachfront in Belmont Shore, California.
Features and Layout
- Open Floor Plan: The bottom floor features a spacious living room complete with a pool table and ample seating. The dining area accommodates six, while the kitchen is equipped with a large island, seating, and is fully stocked.
- Master Suite: Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a smart TV. The master bath offers a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
- Additional Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed on the bottom and a full-size bed on top.
- The third room is furnished with a queen-size bed.
- Family Room: The family room features a couch that converts into a bed, along with large sliding doors leading to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy views of boats, seals, and dolphins.
Rooftop Deck and Amenities
- A rooftop deck complete with a Lynx BBQ provides stunning views of the ocean, bay, Catalina Island, Queen Mary, and the Southern California mountains.
- A two-car garage is available for your convenience.
- Paddle boards, kayaks, and bike rentals are located right in front of the house on the beach.

- Just a short two-block stroll to 2nd Street, you’ll discover fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars.
- You can easily bike or take an Uber to the Long Beach Convention Center and Aquarium.
- Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided for your enjoyment.
Seasonal Information
Please note that the street is closed during the summer from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a safer environment for walking, biking, and skating.
Ideal for Families and Couples
We are just 40 minutes from Disneyland, 30 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm, 45 minutes from Hollywood, and about an hour from Legoland. This is a fantastic spot for family vacations and romantic getaways, but please be aware that it is not suitable for loud parties or events like weddings, as our neighbors will promptly report disturbances. There is a venue nearby that hosts weddings and private events on the beach.
